Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil

One pan cajun meal: Easy, delicious, and mess free!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Raw Jumbo Shrimp cleaned and with tails removed
  • 1 12 oz Smoked Andouille Sausage Package
  • 4 ears Corn on the cob cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 bag Medley Potatoes
  • 2 stems Broccolini
  • Old Bay Seasoning
  • Louisiana Fish Fry Products Cajun Seasoning

Mojo

  • 1 stick butter melted cooled
  • 4 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 splash white wine
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp sazon goya

Instructions
 

  • Par Boil potatoes and corn. Place in a pot of cold water, let it come to a boil and cook for 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are soft on the outside but undercooked in the middle.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Place the shrimp, potatoes, sausage, corn, and vegetable of your choice (optional) on the pan.
  • Season with old bay, parsley, old bay, and cajun seasoning.
  • Mix the ingredients for the Mojo, dredge over everything in the sheet pan then toss to combine.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 415 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through and pink.
  • Before plating, give everything a good mix.
